The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury and therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 7,154,176.

In accordance with the AIM Rules (Rule 26), insofar as the Company is aware, the percentage of the Company's issued share capital that is not in public hands is 29.8%. This percentage comprises the holdings of Hamish Grossart, Oliver Vellacott, Marcus Kneen, Barry Keepence and Robert Cathery, who are the only directors that currently hold shares in the Company.
