The Company’s issued share capital consists of 7,312,676 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1.0 pence each (“Ordinary Shares”), each share having equal voting rights.

The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury and therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 7,312,676.

In accordance with the AIM Rules (Rule 26), insofar as the Company is aware, the percentage of the Company's issued share capital that is not in public hands is 31%. This percentage comprises the holdings of Hamish Grossart, Oliver Vellacott, Marcus Kneen, Barry Keepence and Robert Cathery, who are the only directors that currently hold shares in the Company.
