Directors

Barry Keepence, 43, joined IndigoVision in 1999. He worked as 3Com's System Architect for their Voice Over IP systems. Prior to this, he designed command and control systems for spacecraft working for the European Space Agency and was a lecturer at Napier University, Edinburgh. Barry graduated in Electronics and holds a PhD in Robotics from Cardiff University.

Marcus Kneen, 49, joined IndigoVision in 2003. Previously he held various Finance Director and General Manager positions including Incorporated Technologies (Holdings) Ltd, Grampian Country Food Group and Howegarden Ltd. Prior to that Marcus held finance and audit positions at Christian Salvesen plc and Ernst & Young. He holds an MA from the University of Dundee and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. Member of the Nomination & Corporate Governance Committee.

Hamish Grossart Non-Executive Chairman, 50, joined the board of IndigoVision as chairman in 1996. He has over 20 years' experience on public company boards in a wide range of industries, both in an executive and non-executive capacity. He is currently also non-executive deputy chairman of Cairn Energy PLC, Deputy Chairman of British Polythene Industries PLC, and a non-executive director of Artemis Investment Management Limited and Cairn India Limited. Member and Chairman of the Audit, Remuneration, Nomination & Corporate Governance Committees.

Robert Cathery, 63, joined IndigoVision in 2000. He was a member of the London Stock Exchange from 1967 to 2007 and was Managing Director and Head of Oil and Gas at Canaccord Europe between 2001 and 2005 prior to retiring in 2006. During his career in the City he was a Director of Vickers da Costa and Schroders Securities and Head of Corporate Sales at SG Securities (London) Ltd. He is currently a non- executive director of Salamander Energy Ltd, Vostok Energy Ltd and SOCO International plc. Member of the Audit, Remuneration, Nomination & Corporate Governance Committees.
