Director Shareholding

IndigoVision Group plc ("the Company") announces that it has today been notified that Oliver Vellacott, a Director of the Company, has sold 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 245p each.

The sale was required to part fund the exercise of options by Mr Vellacott on 25th September 2008 over 136,500 Ordinary Shares and to settle the tax liability arising from those exercised within the Company's unapproved scheme.
