IndigoVision Group plc ("IndigoVision" or "the Company")

Exercise of Options

The Company announces that on 15 October 2009, 35,600 options were exercised by employees (5,530 under an IndigoVision Group plc Stand Alone Option Agreement and 30,070 under the IndigoVision Group Plc Approved Share Option Scheme). Application has been made for a further 5,530 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM. The balance of 30,070 is under an existing blocklisting. 

 

It is expected that dealings in these new ordinary shares, which rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares, will commence on 21 October 2009.
